This is my final project. I really liked doing this because

I got to see my grandma when she was a baby and when she

was in highschool. My mom was really fun because she had a lot of funny little kid pictures.

It was fun to compare what she looks like now to what she looked like when she was a little kid.

It was intresting to do family because I did my mom and her sisters and their mom(my grandma) and what they looked like . Because you can see the resemblances in their faces. My family enjoyed it becasue we got out all of our family pictures.So it was like memory lane for them. I really think I improved and I really liked all the projects I was given to improve my photography skills. On this shooting assinment I could have improved and payed more attention to my background. But other than that im really happy that I chose to do this. Maybe senior year I can reshoot these .Or sooner than that.

I enjoyed this term because I learned how to use a computer. Im not a master at it yet , but I know how to work it. I had some bumps with photo because I had a hard time bracketing my shots.

Final project

For my final project im going to do portraits of adults. Im going to have adults hold up their child hood picutre and compare them to that. Im hoping to capture their resemblances. I think the hardest part wil be to not have a glare on the picture. So that it will be clear.
At first I tried scars but it was flushed out by the camera. So that didnt really work out.

Re-shoot

The bottom one is when if I first took it.

It was sloppy and not in focus . So my reshoot was

to reshoot the tie. The top one turned out better

because the back ground was solid so it looked sharper.

It look so much better in the reshoot.im really glad that

I could reshoot it in better light .

Changing color to black and white

I really like taking pictures in color and changing them

into black in white. Of cousre i didnt take this picture but I

converted it to black and white.

I really like how bright the colors are on the bottom picture.

It just doesnt feel the same as it did when it was in color.

The top ones okay it could look better if I tweaked it some more

though.

Bracketing

This is my bracketing silouettes. For my challenge

I had to bracket pictures to see which ones look best.

It was easier to see what I liked and I had choices of

lighting . This was a challenge for me though,

because I dont really think about bracketing. I just shoot the

picture and move on .I dont really shoot the same thing over

and over. So this bracketing was deffintly a challenge.
